Comment Control

Why do people insist on the rather obnoxious option of "approving" a comment before publishing it anyway on their blog? I leave a comment because I have something pertinent to say. Often very well worded. Always well thought out. I think that deserves an instant placement in the comment field. And a gracious response from the blog owner who, if not already following me, will make the obvious choice to do so.

Oh. Thank God! Instant commenting. Smart blog owners!

Instant commenting. We'll deal with the penis enlarger salesmen when they show up.

I hate comment moderation. Just delete your spam like we all do. That's my whine. My comment is: my sister in law, who is a surgical nurse, used to work in an out-patient clinic where they did penis enlargement surgeries frequently. Young, old, tall, short....lots of men getting it done. eww.

I'm sorry, I don't think "instant" and "penis" belong in the same sentence . . . just makes me think *someone* is going to end up disappointed . . .

And now it appears I only comment on/make public whines about all subjects penile. Hoo boy--do I have an exciting life going on or what????

There ARE other reasons for moderating comments than controlling spam. And no, they're not reasons I'm willing to share, sorry. Maybe over at SecretTweet. :-)

I'm sorry if people find it annoying at my site, but for the time being, it's what I need to do.
