Dear Client,

Oh great, you did get my invoice that I submitted to you two months ago. I am having trouble hearing, however, when you say money is tight right now as the roar of your new Mercedes blocked out the words. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

I say you let the air out of their tires so that they have to spend time putting it back in. Just like you spent time doing services for them. grrrr!
