Jy=ust answer the question

I am a Customer Service Rep. In the questions we have to ask, almost
every single one of them is a simple Yes or NO.

SO why is it, when we ask these simple questions, we get anything BUT
yes or no.

For instance, one of the questions we have to ask is "have you marked
the area in white?" The answers we get vary from.. "crew is on site", to
"yes its marked in orange"(or some other color) to "I just want the
front yard marked"

Why is it so hard to get a straight answer. YES OR NO!

Oh and the kids and hubby are no better!
