whine

To: All the "oh-so-devout Christian" mothers of the girls my daughter attends girl scouts/cheerleading/tumbling with,

Have you noticed that my child has never, ever once told yours that they are superstitious imbeciles?  That would be because, even though we are atheist, we do believe in manners & respect.

So, maybe you could try explaining to your bible-schooled brat that it is not nice to to inform my kid that she is going to hell.  You might even start by setting a good example, like NOT SHUNNING us @ public events/mandatory functions.

Thanks,

anonymous small-town mommy

Anonymous, I'd love for you to actually send this to those mothers. I know I'd had a hard time getting up the nerve to do it myself, but what the hell, they're shunning you anyway?

Wow, I feel you. Those mothers SUCK. What is it with people not teaching their kids manners anymore????

I hope you set them in their place, especially since you didn't push your beliefs onto them and now you're shunned. F that!

A little girl once told Noa she didn't want to bother being her friend because she would miss her when she went to Heaven and Noa didn't. Thanks for that.

Now THAT'S a bad mommy. How can you not teach your kids about respect and manners?

I think most times, "christians" give God a bad name.

If it makes you feel any better, people like this are just as obnoxious to other Christians as they are to atheists.
