FLABbergasted.
Why, ten days into my (re)commitment to exercise, have I GAINED 4 pounds? And don't give me that crap about muscle weighing more than fat. I didn't convert that much fat into muscle in ten days. I think the blubber on my thighs is just trying to hold onto real estate. Damn fat cell mafia.

Tell me about it! Four gym visits a week. All Nutrisystem all the time, and I'm totally plateaued! Damn it!
