New Route

Dear Internet Provider,
Your customer service guy was SO nice. He truly was... he helped me replace my old modem/router with a new one. He was very kind as a rummaged under my desks for what must have seemed like eternity to get it all plugged in right. He even helped me make sure my wireless computers were up and running, too. So why is it the minute I hang up.... so does my internet connection.
Damn technology.
