Not you too

Why do you have to rain on my parade?  I was excited to start a new weight loss routine and you go and say things like, “Oooh, that’s a hard DVD to follow” and “are you sure you can do it?”  Yeah, you’re being discouraging and you’re pissing me off.  I’m not naturally thin like you, but at least I’m trying to do something about it.  How about you just tell me, “you’re a FAT ASS and no matter how many DVD’s you buy, you’ll never look as good as me.”
Bitch.

Some people actually think that that kind of shit talk is motivating. Tell them it isn't and if they care about you they'll shut their skinny ass up. And if they don't care about you, change your locks and block their #.

Just don't let that person decide how healthy you are. You can do it, trust me on that.

Work on your Tae Bo and then kick her! Kidding (mostly) don't let the idiots get you down. I know exactly what you are talking about. This lady I work with is the same way. I mad the mistake of telling here about my plans and now every time she sees me she asks me how its going and then looks at my fatness and says "Well you can't loose all that weight all at once" then smiles and walks away. It makes me want to kill her. Go to sparkpeople.com It's been great for me and FULL of supportive people and its FREE! (I don't work for them, please don't delete me =P I'm just sharing something I believe in) YOU CAN DO IT!

Ugh! I started Weight Watchers and on day one my husband said "are you sure this is worth the money since you won't stick with it." I was pissed. I was pissed-er when he was right a month later when I quit.

I was telling someone how I lost 3 lbs my first week on South Beach and she said "You know it's just water."

I told her "I don't care if it's hair and skin. It's 3 lbs."

(Was it 30 day shred?)
