Skin whine

I have super-sensitive skin.  Eucerin stopped making or changed the formula in the moisturizer I'd used for years. It gave me a rash.  Now, in my mid 30s I'm in desperate need of a moisturizer.  (A completely separate whine in and of itself.)  So far,  everything makes me rashy!  Or break out.  So now I'm going to South Beach, home of the beautiful people, for our first husband/wife only vacation in seven years with a broken out, rashy face.  Hate my skin.  Taking suggestions if anyone knows of something that will work.

cetaphil is very gentle. i've had success with my extremely sensitive skin using it. Just be careful not to use it around your eye area.

Complex 15. They have one for the face but don't waste your money on that. I use Complex 15 all over my dry rashy skin and it's a cure all.

Lubriderm (the original or unscented varieties not the trendy cocao butter and kelp or whatever they are...) contains lanolin. Which will either REALLY set you off or be the only thing that saves you.

anakiri-- it is expensive but awesome & a little goes a long way. my skin can't handle any "sensitive skin" lotion, including eucerin, cetaphil, & Aveda products & I'd just about given up until I had a facial at a spa with this & it made an instant difference.

you can order online at anakiri.com. I use the "nourish moisture gel" either by itself or, for more moisturizing, mixed with a few drops of "phytonutrient serum- nourishing". good luck, I know how frustrating it is!

I'm still looking for a sunscreen for super super sensitive skin...

My massage therapist mixes olive oil and beeswax (along with essential oils for a nice scent but you can forgo this) which is great - doesn't leave you feeling greasy - and inexpensive.

I'm allergic to air, all things green, all animals, laundry detergent, I'm even allergic to scented Kleenex, which is hard for someone who blows over a million times a day...... the only lotion I can use is Jergens.
Works for me!

to the anonymous looking for sunscreen for super sensitive skin...try Mustela. It's a line for babies/kids. It's pricey but very gentle and intended for sensitive skin.
