Enough already!

Can we please move on? He's been dead 6 days. He was a pedophile. Can't we just toss him in the incinerator with a quick, "Good riddance!" and get on with life? Perhaps drink a toast to whatever God or karma struck him down?

I agree. The "Entertainment" sections of the news are very boring atm. Can't even find a review of the new Ice Age movie. That should outrang a glove, amiright?

Yeah, I wish we could have seen more about Farrah.

He wrote, produced and performed the world's best selling album of all time. He was the first Black American entertainer to crossover and gain mainstream-American mass appeal/heartthrob status. He was a philanthropist who raised millions of dollars for charitable causes worldwide.

You have every right to dislike him. But please try not to disrespect him. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, a father, a human being. And he was never convicted of abusing anyone.

I don't disagree that he was one hell of a musician but that doesn't change what he did.

OJ was never convicted of murdering his wife. That doesn't make him a good guy either.

Agree. Enough already. I'm tired of every news broadcast and entertainment show going on and on and on. He may have been a great talent, but um... he's dead. For a week now. The rest of the world who aren't family need to move the hell on. And unfortunately the drama of a life this guy created isn't gonna end any time soon, since they're talking freakin' years before his affairs get straightened out. Oh yea. coverage at 7,8,9,10....

THANK YOU. That's all.

If little Miss Anonymous is so proud of little boy touching Michael, why couldn't she even leave her name. Just BEAT IT anonymous.

Ouch! But ok, point taken. This is clearly not the right place for me.

A bit vicious towards anonymous, maybe she signed it that way because she fumbled thru the ID area - it's happened to me before. And the drama will go on, unfortunately - media time that would be better spent on real news. This is an ongoing cultural problem with people's fascination with celebrity, as opposed to important issues....economy, war, childhood cancer.

Not to beat a dead horse, but purely as a person living on the planet - regardless of whether he was rich or poor, saved lives or took them, helped people or hurt them in some way - I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CELEBRITY, IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU GET TO OUTRANK EVERYONE ELSE FOR THE NEXT THREE TO FIVE MONTHS. GET OUT OF MY PAPER, GET OFF MY TV, GO AWAY. Everyone equally. The last Pope did not need to be paraded around as a dead body on TV for three weeks and neither does Michael.

Palingate will surely replace this in our news cycles
